Refunds are made only if:
The user incorrectly entered the amount for payment, during which a larger amount was debited than was required. You can leave this amount as part of the payment for the following services.
Please note that for each transaction, a commission is charged by the payment system in the amount of 2.5% of the payment amount. The amount of the commission is paid by the buyer and is non-refundable.
How to request a refund:

In the message, send a confirmation of payment, in the form of an account number, payment card number from which the funds were debited, full name and phone number.
Return requests are processed within 14 business days from the date of submission of a written application.
