Entry summary declaration Get the service
This declaration has been operating in Ukraine for passing through the customs border of Ukraine since November 7, 2020.
Entry summary declaration is obligatory for goods` import in the territory of Ukraine, including for the purpose of transit and transportations with TIR Carnet.
Entry summary declaration is submitted electronically 1 hour before the truck arrives at the checkpoint (there is no paper form).
Required documents for registration :
- CMR
- invoice
- TIR Carnet*
- Preliminary declaration**
- Certificate of vehicle`s registration
- Driver’s passport
- Customs office of departure and customs office of destination UA
* if the transportation is carried out with a TIR Carnet
** if you import goods into the territory of Ukraine (import)
