This includes Ukraine, the EU countries, the EAEU, Turkey, Serbia, Macedonia, and in the near future &#8211; Moldova.<\/p>\n<h3>How T1 declaration can be applied<\/h3>\n<p>T1 declaration is used in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>transit of goods through the territory of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li>import of goods to Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li>export of goods from Ukraine to Europe, to the customs offices of destination of the member countries of the Convention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>T1 declaration can be issued for transportation by road and rail.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>T1 for export of goods from Ukraine<\/h3>\n<p>It is possible to process T1 declaration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>at the border, at checkpoints on the Ukrainian or European side;<\/li>\n<li>at customs, where goods are cleared in the &#8220;export&#8221; mode (domestic and container terminals).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>T1 registration for transit of goods through the territory of Ukraine<\/h3>\n<p>T1 declaration can be opened for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>transit (for example, from a border crossing point with the EU to a border crossing point with Moldova);<\/li>\n<li>transportation from the checkpoint on the Ukrainian side to the domestic terminal;<\/li>\n<li>transportation from the domestic terminal to the border;<\/li>\n<li>movement from seaports to the border or domestic terminal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This procedure is an alternative to the national procedure for clearance of transit cargo (transit declaration + financial guarantee).<\/p>\n<h3>T1 registration for goods` import to Ukraine<\/h3>\n<p>T1 declaration can be issued:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>from customs offices, terminals or ports in the EU countries to customs offices of destination in Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>T1 eliminates the need for registration of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preliminary declaration (PD) and deposit of funds in the accounts of customs authorities <em>(when issuing a PD, financial security from the importer is paid in the amount of all customs payments, excluding preferences for the goods)<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>Entry summary declaration and financial guarantee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required documents for T1 registration<\/h3>\n<p>To complete a T1 declaration, you will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CMR (for trucks) or SMGS (for railways);<\/li>\n<li>Invoice;<\/li>\n<li>Export declaration or warehouse declaration;<\/li>\n<li>Packing list;<\/li>\n<li>Customs office of departure;<\/li>\n<li>Border crossing point;<\/li>\n<li>Countries of the route to the customs office of destination (for example: UA-PL-DE-NL);<\/li>\n<li>Customs office of destination or the address of the agency that will close the T1;<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle registration certificate (for trucks only);<\/li>\n<li>Driver&#8217;s international passport (for trucks only);<\/li>\n<li>Driver&#8217;s mobile phone (for trucks only);<\/li>\n<li>Carrier&#8217;s EORI code (for trucks only).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ukrtransagent offers processing of T1 declarations for road and rail transportation 24\/7.<br \/>\nContact information for sending documents and information:<\/p>\n<h3>+380672168000 <em>(Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram) <\/em><\/h3>\n<p>or\u00a0to<br \/>\n<strong>e -mail: <u>uta.zayavka@gmail.com<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ukrtransagent.com.ua\/en\/oformlennja-deklaracij-t1\/\">Find out more about T1<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T1 is a declaration and guarantee document that is mandatory for the import or transit movements of all groups of goods through the territory of countries that are parties to the Convention on a Common Transit Procedure.
