{"id":50505239,"date":"2025-04-18T12:20:18","date_gmt":"2025-04-18T09:20:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ukrtransagent.com.ua\/?p=50505239"},"modified":"2025-04-18T12:36:57","modified_gmt":"2025-04-18T09:36:57","slug":"%e2%9d%97new-conditions-for-placing-goods-in-the-warehouse-from-april-19-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ukrtransagent.com.ua\/en\/2025\/04\/18\/%e2%9d%97new-conditions-for-placing-goods-in-the-warehouse-from-april-19-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2757New conditions for placing goods in the warehouse &#8211; from April 19, 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear colleagues!<\/p>\n<p>From April 19, 2025, changes to the Customs Code of Ukraine will come into force, in particular Part 6 of Article 201 &#8220;Temporary Storage&#8221;, which relate to the requirements for providing security for the payment of customs payments when placing goods in a temporary storage warehouse (TSW) or at the facility of an enterprise with authorization to apply simplification.<\/p>\n<p>What has changed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All <strong>goods located in TSW<\/strong> <strong>must be provided with a guarantee<\/strong> for the entire storage period<\/li>\n<li><strong>Within 3 months<\/strong> from the moment the goods are placed in TSW, <strong>security (guarantee) must be provided<\/strong> in accordance with <strong>Section X of the Customs Code<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If TSW has <strong>authorization to apply simplification (for example, AEO status)<\/strong> &#8211; it can use its <strong>own guarantee<\/strong> provided for by the relevant conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;Ukrtransagent&#8221; provides services for securing the payment of customs payments for goods placed in temporary storage warehouse<\/strong><\/em>s<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 To obtain a guarantee for goods placed in TSW, please fill out the request form: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1Aw2l0NCXf14Gai-fH5iXm5DRywLbEb4SUZ9W_KCpi7I\/edit\">link<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear colleagues!
