\ud83d\udce2 IMPORTANT: Compliance with transit terms for vehicles.<\/p>\n
We remind you of the need to comply with the transit terms for vehicles through the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the Customs Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
Transit terms for road transport:<\/p>\n
up to 10 calendar days – total transit term;<\/p>\n
up to 5 days – in case of movement within the area of \u200b\u200bactivity of one customs office.
\n(According to Art. 95 of the Customs Code)<\/p>\n
\u26d4\ufe0f Violation of the terms is considered a violation of customs rules and entails administrative liability.<\/p>\n
How is a violation recorded?<\/p>\n
Customs authorities exercise control using electronic information exchange systems (including NCTS), as well as through internal databases.
\nIf a violation is detected, a case is filed in accordance with:<\/p>\n
Art. 470 of the Customs Code – for exceeding the transit period (delivery) of goods.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udcb0 Sanctions:
\nThe amount of the fine increases depending on the number of days the transit period is exceeded. Collection is carried out at the customs office of destination.<\/p>\n
