\ud83d\udccd Poland \u2014 effective June 1, 2026<\/p>\n
\u2757ENS \u2014 a pre-arrival security declaration for all cargo from third countries, to be submitted no later than 2 hours before the vehicle arrives at the EU border.<\/p>\n
\u2757Failure to provide an ENS may result in cargo being detained at the border or denied entry into the EU.<\/p>\n
