How to get the service for the first time

To pay cashless:

1. Conclude the long-term Contract for cashless transfers
2. Send the necessary shipping documents to an e-mail of responsible manager at the headquarters or appropriate representative office of the company at the border
3. Receive a reference number of the document by SMS or e-mail
4. Pay for the received service
