📢 IMPORTANT: Compliance with transit terms for vehicles.
We remind you of the need to comply with the transit terms for vehicles through the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
Transit terms for road transport:
up to 10 calendar days – total transit term;
up to 5 days – in case of movement within the area of activity of one customs office.
(According to Art. 95 of the Customs Code)
⛔️ Violation of the terms is considered a violation of customs rules and entails administrative liability.
How is a violation recorded?
Customs authorities exercise control using electronic information exchange systems (including NCTS), as well as through internal databases.
If a violation is detected, a case is filed in accordance with:
Art. 470 of the Customs Code – for exceeding the transit period (delivery) of goods.
💰 Sanctions:
The amount of the fine increases depending on the number of days the transit period is exceeded. Collection is carried out at the customs office of destination.
