Entry summary declaration is needed to pass through the customs border of Ukraine.
Such declaration is mandatory for goods` import to the territory of Ukraine as well as for the purpose of transit and when transporting goods with TIR Carnet.
Entry summary declaration is submitted in electronic form at least 1 hour before the truck’s arrival to the checkpoint
