T1 — declaration + guarantee document, which is necessary for import or transit movement of all types of goods in the territory countries which are the members of Convention on common transit procedure, including Ukraine, EU and EAEU countries, Turkey, Serbia and Macedonia, in the near future – Moldova.
T1 declaration is an alternative to TIR carnet, while the procedure for issuing T1 is simpler and much more convenient.
