From September 1, 2025, the submission of an ENS declaration is a mandatory requirement for all cargo transportation to EU countries, including Poland.
This innovation is associated with the implementation of the ICS2 system – a centralized platform for pre-declaration of safety and security of goods.
❗️ ENS must be submitted no later than 2 hours before the arrival of the vehicle with the cargo at the checkpoint.
