📍 Romania — effective May 25, 2026
📍 Poland — effective June 1, 2026
❗ENS — a pre-arrival security declaration for all cargo from third countries, to be submitted no later than 2 hours before the vehicle arrives at the EU border.
❗Failure to provide an ENS may result in cargo being detained at the border or denied entry into the EU.
