The Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) is a mandatory pre-arrival security declaration for goods imported into the EU by road and rail within the ICS2 system.
The declaration is submitted prior to the arrival of the goods and is used by EU customs authorities for risk analysis.
In some cases, security data can be submitted through the NCTS Phase 6 transit declaration, in which case a separate ENS is not required. If security data is not available in transit, the ENS is submitted separately through the ICS2 system.

To register ENS we need:

• CMR
• Invoice
• Route countries
• Vehicle registration certificate
• Estimated time of arrival at the border
• Departure customs office
• Destination customs office
