????Changes to the Customs Code:
Authorization to carry out customs brokerage activity
One of the European practices regarding the implementation of customs brokerage activities is introduced into the Ukrainian customs legislation.
Now the permission to carry out customs brokerage activity is replaced by authorization.
Authorization can be obtained by an enterprise that has a registration number in the customs authorities and meets the criterion of “compliance with the requirements of the Customs Code of Ukraine and the tax legislation of Ukraine, as well as the absence of facts of criminal prosecution.”
