Poland is Transitioning to NCTS Phase 6: Important Information for Common Transit Participants

Dear Partners!

On August 3, 2026, Poland will transition to NCTS Phase 6 (Opt-in).

Due to technical maintenance, Poland’s electronic transit system will be temporarily unavailable on August 2 starting at 7:00 p.m. (Kyiv time).

Important:
Poland and Slovakia — after the transition to NCTS Phase 6, combined transit declarations can continue to be submitted without a separate ENS submission to ICS2.
Hungary and Romania — submitting an ENS to ICS2 remains mandatory (approximately 1 hour before arrival at the border crossing point).

Please take these changes into account when planning international shipments and customs clearance of goods.
